Seven-time New York Indie-theater “Best of Fest” winner Christian De Gré Cárdenas brings his infamous Twisted Operelas back to Broadway’s wildest basement with a riotous, raunchy, and riveting retrospective of his now complete Seven Deadly Sins Cycle.

Featuring a ferocious lineup of Broadway rebels, operatic legends, and downtown theater miscreants, this devilish cabaret serves up selections from the wildly acclaimed: Orgullo!, Fatty Fatty No Friends, Lucine!, Jack of Hearts: Master of None, Fish Food For Feelings, Whiskey Pants: The Mayor of Williamsburg, and Moonshine in b Minor.

Music by Christian De Gré Cárdenas with a libretto by Joseph Reese Anderson.

Maestro David Neely leads this sweeping, evocative score which features epic choruses, thrilling orchestrations and a superstar cast headlined by bass-baritone Ryan McKinny, who makes his DMMO debut as the Dutchman. Company favorite Joshua Borths makes his mainstage directing debut, charting the course of Richard Wagner’s return to the DMMO stage for the first time in nearly 40 years. Steven C. Kemp returns as scenic designer and Ian Wallace debuts as projection designer.
